Summer Opportunities

Xcelerate Nike Lacrosse Camps

St Olaf College, Northfield MN

High school (age 14-18), Junior High (age 12-13), Rising Stars (age 10-11), and Goalie (age 10-18) programs available. 

CAMP DATES: Sun.-Wed., August 4-7, 2024. 
Overnight and Extended Day Camp options available.

Homegrown Academy Summer Camps and Clinics

Location: University of St. Thomas, 2115 Summit Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55105

Dates: Typically July each year. 

All camps begin at 9:00 am. Camper drop-off begins at 8:30 am. Pick-up time is 4:00 pm. Detailed schedules and reminders will be sent prior to each camp session

- Extended day camp options are available for campers who don't want to stay overnight during an overnight camp. 

There are two options for "Extended Day Camp," which is based on whether or not the player stays for dinner.

  • Pick up before 5:30 PM - no dinner
  • Pick up after dinner - includes dinner + night games / recommended pick up time is 9:00 PM

Skill Development Program - Team 36

Our Skill Development Program (SDP) is an off-season training program for players to develop their positional skills and lacrosse IQ through our intensive 36 Lacrosse Methodology. Our coaches have years of lacrosse playing and coaching experience and the SDP has been the core of the program since 2013.

SDP will be run out of various locations in the Twin Cities.  Players can choose which location to attend that works best in their schedule.

Groups include: Face Off (boys), Goalie (boys and girls), defensive techniques (7th-12th grade, boys and girls), middle school (3rd-8th grade, boys and girls) and high school (9th-12th grade, boys and girls). 


Cost is $40 /session for a la carte drop-in

Skill Development Program (SDP) - Team 36 Lacrosse

Homegrown Academy

Homegrown Academy is "a high-intensity, up-tempo, and energy-boosting training boot camp that mixes high repetition skill work with strength and conditioning. Every minute of field time is maximized to heighten the player's on-field abilities while building endurance and lacrosse-specific muscle memory."


  • November - February 
    • OFF Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Year's


  • High School: Grades 9 - 12
  • Youth Middle School: Grades 6 - 8
  • Youth Grade School: Grades 2 - 5


Plymouth Community Center Fieldhouse: Tuesdays @ 7:00 - 8:00 pm (girls) (goalie coach on site)

Plymouth Community Center Fieldhouse: Tuesdays @ 8:00 - 9:00 pm (goalie coach on site)

Wayzata Central Sports Complex: Fridays @ 6:00 - 7:00 pm




  • Boys: $35 / week
  • Girls: $20 / week
  • *$5 initial payment

- Players can attend as many sessions per week at any location

- Includes access to the Homegrown Academy scrimmages sessions on Saturdays in January and February

- Join or cancel at any time throughout the Academy season

2024 GNLL Boys Modified Indoor Field League

Dates: 6 Games across 5 Weeks - Saturday & Sundays, March 9, 2024 - April 14, 2024. *Off on March 31 for Easter.

Arena Locations:

Northwest: Anoka Ice Arena

Northeast: Northeast Ice Arena (MPLS) / (Highland Arena if additional time is needed)

Southwest: St. Louis Park ROC/Hopkins Pavilion

Times: Games will be scheduled within 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. Times vary by arena availability each week


House teams based out of NE Ice Arena are available for each age group. 

2024 GNLL Girls 14U Pre-Season Sixes League

Dates: Girls 14U: 6 Games across 5 Sundays, February 25 - March 24, 2024. 

Location: St. Paul Conway Dome

Times: Games will be scheduled within 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. Times may vary by facility availability each week

Age Divisions: 14U; a house team is available.

  • Saturday Afternoons 2-4
  • Each session will include a lacrosse specific hour and athletic performance specific hour for all groups.

Minnesota Lacrosse Academy

The Winter Development Program is a 6-week program (February - March) designed to focus on improving your skills and allow you to learn more challenging concepts to increase your Lacrosse IQ and most importantly, your confidence.
